I spoke with a coaching client this week who lost a customer—not due to poor service or pricing, but because the client simply forgot about them.

In the rush of a deadline, the customer Googled the product they needed and ordered from whoever showed up. It wasn’t personal. It was just easy.

This happens far too often in our industry. Not because we’re bad at what we do—but because we don’t stay visible enough.
Being brilliant isn’t enough if you’re invisible.

So how do you stay front of mind?

  • Send useful emails (not just promos).

  • Post on social (even if engagement feels low).

  • Offer valuable resources to remind people you solve problems.

Simple reminders like, “We’re still here—and here’s something that might help you,” can go a long way in keeping your customers loyal.

They’re really asking:

  • Can I trust you?
